Chittagong Bureau :
President of Chittagong City BNP Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and General Secretary Dr. Shahdat Hossain alongwith 35 others so accused allegedly in the cocktail blasts appeared before the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Moshiur Rahman .
The court directed the police to submit investigation report of the case on September 21 next.
Court sources said Kotwali thana and Chowkbazar thana police filed the violence case against the 37 leaders and workers of BNP for alleged cocktail blasts in November last during opposition’s hartal at Kazir dewri , VIP tower and Dampara area (Kotwali case No.46 dt.27.11.13 and Chowkbazar thana case No.12 dt. 27.11.2013) .
