The Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) Centre of Dhaka University (DU) on Monday launched a five-day ‘Bijoy Dibosh-2020 Virtual CMSMEs Divisional Mentorship Program’.
The programme is being organised for the local cottage, micro, small and medium enterprises (CMSMEs) to give them opportunities to interact with experts from the government, banks, financial institutions, industries, academicians, and other relevant stakeholders and receive their valuable insights and experiences.
Day long mentorship programme for each division of the country, a total of 64-hour (eight hours per division) will cover issues including marketing, supply chain management and technology; legal, governance and documentation; strategy, diversity and mental health; finance, accounts and stimulus, said in a press release.
The programme has two sessions. The first session from 9:30am to 130pm on Monday was held for Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions. The session for Barishal and Khulna division will take place on Tuesday at the same time.
