The ongoing closure of all educational institutions at the secondary and higher secondary levels has been extended till June 12.
Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni gave this information at a virtual press conference on Wednesday.
The Education Minister said there was a massive movement of people during Eid, which has led to an increase in COVID infection. The prevalence of the virus is higher in some districts. Keeping these in mind, the closure has been extended further.
