Clemon T-20 Cricket Tournament ended for the seventh time here on Thursday.
In the Thursday’s final match, Shaheed Shamsul Alam Smrity Sangha clinched the championship title defeating Clemon team.
Rajshahi Cricket Academy organized the tournament at Divisional Women Sports Complex in Rajshahi city.
A total of 48 teams from 24 districts, including Dhaka, Bogura, Pabna, Rangpur, Noakhali, Chattogram, Khulna and hosts Rajshahi took part in the tournament splitting into four groups.
According to the sources concerned, the tournament was held in knockout method. After the end of the knockout phase, semifinal was held with one team from each of the groups.
Attending as chief guest Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation AHM Khairuzzaman Liton handed over trophies to the champion and runner-up teams.
