City dwellers are suffering from dusty environment caused by incomplete projects which leave construction materials on the roadside under the open sky. It is alleged that lack of cooperation among the utility service providers, including Dhaka Water Supply & Sewerage Authority [DWASA], DCC North and South, Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha [RAJUK], Titas Gas Transmission and Bangladesh Telephone and Communication Limited has resulted this obnoxious situation.
