Economic Reporter :City Bank and Dhaka Power Distribution Company Ltd (DPDC) has recently signed a utility bill collection agreement at City Bank’s Head Office under which City Bank will provide state-of-the-art automated solutions to DPDC to facilitate utility bill collection through City Bank’s selected branches and internet banking platform with real-time information connectivity. In presence of Faruq M Ahmed, Additional Managing Director, City Bank and Brig Gen. Md. Nazrul Hasan (Retd), DPDC; the agreement was inked by Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, DMD and Head of Wholesale Banking, City Bank and Md. Aminul Islam, GM (Finance), DPDC.Tahsin Haq, Head of Cash Management of City Bank and ATM Harunur Rashid, Executive Director (Operation), Md Golam Mostafa, Executive Director (Finance) of DPDC were also present during the signing ceremony along with other top officials of both organizations.
