Mir Sabbir and Chumki is real life’s husband-wife. They worked together as a pair on the screen in several number of works. But Chumki cannot give time to acting due to maintaining her family and two sons. So she is not regular in acting. She did not get the opportunity to work under Sabbir’s direction.
For the first time, Chumki acted under Sabbir’s direction in a telefilm titled Phul-er Moto Pobitro. Matia Banu Shuku wrote story of the telefilm.
While talking about the main theme of the telefilm Mir Sabbir told this correspondent, “If anybody starts any work with confidently he/she can get the success. In the telefilm, I and Chumki worked in role of real life’s husband and wife.”
Chumki shared her feelings by this way, “Sabbir is not only a good actor but also a well-reputed director. While working under his direction I have understood the matter perfectly. He knows well how to give actors’ freedom for receiving better outputs from them. He has also vast knowledge about technical issues in this regard.”
Mir Sabbir said, “It is not thing that though Chumki is my wife so I will take special caring to her not likes that. I do not take any fever to her. I am really satisfied to her acting. I am very much optimistic about the telefilm.”
Shooting of the telefilm was done at Boro Bari in Ashulia, Savar where she was born. The telefilm will be aired on Channel i at 3:05pm.
Meanwhile, Chumki acted and Salauddin Lavlu directed a serial titled Sonar Pakhi Rupar Pakhi is being telecasted on Channel i now.
Therefore, she also acted in Dipankar Dipon’s directed another serial titled Tokkor. Mir Sabbir directed mega serial Noashal is being aired on Rtv now.
