Alexi Laiho who ruled the music industry by acting as the former front man of Finnish death metal band, Children of Bodom, passed away at the age of 41. The singer was struggling with ‘long-term health issues’ and passed away in his home in Finland last week, reports Yahoo. The news of the singer’s death was announced on Monday on the band’s website. “More than 25 years of friendship. We lost a brother,” read a statement on the band’s website from former members Jaska Raatikainen, Henkka T Blacksmith and Janne Wirman.
