A female-child died for alleged negligence of doctors and nurses in Khagrachhari Adhunik Sadar Hospital at early hours on Saturday.
The ill-fated child was identified as Hena, 3, daughter of Abdul Hannan of Moddo Boalkhali under Dighinala upazila in the district.
Abdul Hannan alleged doctors and nurses did not pay proper attention to their lone child Hena during treatment, who was admitted in the hospital on Friday noon with viral hepatitis.
The moment a nurse pushed a saline on Friday night but due to their negligence, the cannel of injection had opened and helped the child bleed to death.
