To telecast on Bangladesh Television (BTV), Jewel Sharif has made seven-episode special drama serial titled Japito Jibon.
Noted actor Manosh Bondyopadhyay, popular actresses Golam Farida Chhonda and Ishana Khan acted in three lead roles in the serial. Shooting of the serial is going on at different locations and in a shooting house in the capital’s Uttara area.
Earlier Chhonda, Manosh and Ishana had experience to work under Jewel Sharif’s direction. This time they are working again.
While talking about acting in the serial Manosh told this correspondent, “Jewel is trying to make the serial cordially. We are trying our level best during taking part in its shooting. If the playwright would become more serious the serial obviously will become a good one. Earlier I acted with Chhonda and Ishana. Both of them are serious about acting. I believe viewers will enjoy the serial.”
Chhonda shared her feelings by this way, “Japito Jibon is a family story based serial. In the serial, I am a working lady in this serial however also maintaining my family. It is seen that I spend many times on Facebook. If I give more time to my children rather than passing time on Facebook that will be good – this type of message is being present in the serial. In fact, it is learning serial to all.”
Ishana said, “On BTV, my acted all the plays and serials were made by Jewel Sharif Bhai. I always feel comfortable to work under his direction. He gives comfort to his artistes during shooting. I have liked story of Japito Jibon.”
Director Jewel Sharif informed that this serial will be aired soon on BTV.
Asaduzzaman Asad is working as cameraperson in the serial.
Meanwhile, Manosh is now acting in several drama serials like Hazar Rokom Bhalobasha, while Chhonda is acting in serials Maya Masnad for NTV and Moner Jadukor for Duronta TV. Ishana acted serial Kholnayok has already got popularity among the viewers.
