Chehlum and Doa Mahfil of Sultana Nasima Banu, central Mahila Awami League leader and wife of Dr SA Malek, Awami League Advisory Council member and General Secretary of Bangabandhu Parishad was held on Friday at Kalabagan Bashiruddin Road Mosque and at the residence of Dr Malek.
Nasima, who had long been suffering from various ailments, breathed her last at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital on March 25 at the age of 70.
