Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has submitted chargesheet accusing five people for killing Kazi Abdul Hashib, Additional District and Session Judge of Noaga district on September 16 in 2014 at Mollahpara of Halishahor thana in the city.
CID inspector also investigation officer of the case Kazol Kanti Biswas confirmed that he submitted a charge sheet before the Chittagong Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court through the prosecution section of the court on Tuesday.
The name of 48 witnesses mentioned at the charge sheet, he added.
Kazi Abdul Hashib, Additional District and Session Judge of Noahga district was killed by his second wife at Mollahpara of Halishahor thana in the city on September 16 in 2014, court sourcessaid.
