Channel 24 emerged as the champions of the Summit-DRU Media Cup Cricket beating bdnews24.com by one run in the final at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday. Bdnews24.com became runners-up of the meet.
Rashed Nizam of Channel 24 was adjudged the Man of the Final. Ariful Islam Rony of bcnews24.com was adjudged the Man of the Tournament.
The champions were awarded a trophy and Taka fifty thousand, while the runners-up were given a trophy and Taka twenty five thousand.
The Man of the Final was awarded Taka five thousand, while the Man of the Tournament got Taka five thousand.
Former minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Dipu Moni, MP, was the chief guest. Director of BCB Ahmed Sajjadul Alam Bobby, CEO of BCB Nizam Uddin Chowdhury were with him.
