City Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin said all should be follow the ethics of chain of command in office and to maintain cautiousness of the officers and employees in case of diseminating the news and views to media personnels.
He said this while addressing the fourth general meeting of the newly-elected councilors of Clhittagong City Corporation at its auditorium on Monday .
Panel mayors, general ward councilors, female councilors were present in the meeting. City Mayor in his address informed that maximum development work in the city will be implemented during current fiscal and to fulfill the aspirations of the city dwellers, all councilors, officials, employees and workers should coordinated each other to reach the desired goal. City Mayor elaborately discuss the matters of forming separate standing s on education , healthcare and waterlogging affairs.
Mayor further said the development work will proceedas per 5-year plans and 603 projectshave been approved in 41 city wards for renovation of the road development thosedamaged during heavy rainfall .
Besides, Civil Society Coordination Committee was formed for implementing the City Governance Project in the meeting.
The committee consists of 120 members with City Mayor as President, Chief Executive Officer as Member Secretary and elected 55 councilors, CCCsecretary, professionals, elite citizens, NGO representatives as members, sources said.
