CDC, VSO Bangladesh sign MoU

Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) and Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) Bangladesh, an international development organization entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday.
The purpose of this memorandum of understanding is to jointly offer students of DIU opportunities to participate in program learning through volunteerism. Through this MoU, students from DIU will get the opportunity to participate in the development projects conducted by VSO Bangladesh. The students will work in a team of other people from home and abroad and this will increase the confidence and capabilities of DIU students.
The MoU was signed by Md. Forkhan Uddin, Country People and Operations Manager of VSO Bangladesh and Feroz Mahmud, Director, CDC in presence of Prof Dr Yousuf M Islam, Vice Chancellor and Prof Dr Engr AKM Fazlul Hoque, Registrar of DIU. Among others, Golam Monowar Kamal, Director, Innovation Hub and Mr. Abu Taher Khan, Project Director, Innovation and Incubation Center (IIC) of DIU were present. From VSO Bangladesh, Romena Afroz, HR Specialist, and recruitment specialist Mohsin Arif Reja witnessed the ceremony.
