Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RPMP) inaugurated the overall law and order monitoring programme by installing CCTV cameras at important places in the metropolis. RPMP Police Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Alim Mahmud, BPM inaugurated the programme on Monday at the Traffic Division Office as the Chief Guest at the Metropolitan Police’s planning and technical support of ‘Maya Cyber World’.
RPMP Additional Commissioner of Police Md. Mehedul Karim PPM, Deputy Commissioner of Police (CTSB) Md. Abu Bakar Siddique, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters and Administration) Md. Mohidul Islam PPM, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DB) were present as special guests. Kazi Muttaqi Ibnu Minan, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Md. Abu Maruf Hossain, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Md. Menhazul Alam, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Estate and Development) Md. Abu Saim, Additional Deputy Commissioners of Police, Assistant Commissioners of Police. Other officials and technical support provided by Maya Cyber World’s representative Shathil Bin Anwar and Maya Cyber World’s AGM Biswajit Sarkar Shimul.
