A delegation of Dalian Maritime University, Chittagong called on City Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin at Mayor’s conference room on Wednesday evening .
The visiting Chinese delegation sought cooperation from the city mayor in establishing the Bangabandhu Maritime University in Chittagong. The delegation members told the city mayor that Prime Minister is very cordial for establishing martitime university in chittagong .
City Mayor welcomed the visiting Chinese delegation for visting CCC office . Later delegation members also visited the proposed site at Mohra in city during their visit . City also assured the Chinese visiting team for allout cooperation in this connection. The delegation consists of vice presidents of Dalian Maritime Univ Dr. Leo Jinji Aung and Dr.Njing Jing . Among others CCCI Director Wahid Siraj, CCC secretary Rashid Ahmed, Executive magistrate Nazia Shirin, personal secretary of Mayor Manjurul Islam, Superintending Engr Md. Yakub Nabi, PRO Abdur Rahim were persent on the occasion.
