Ingredients :
750gm chicken boneless
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/3 cup honey
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoon lime juice
5 cup corn tortilla
3 teaspoon jalapeno
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
1/3 cup dijon mustard
sugar as required
refined oil as required
mixed herbs as required
How to make
Step 1
To prepare this salad recipe marinate the chicken with teriyaki sauce in a large bowl and let it marinate in refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
Step 2
Take another bowl and mix jalapeno pepper, onion, tomatoes, and coriander in another bowl and refrigerate them too.
Step 3
Now, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, oil, vinegar, lime juice, sugar in a bowl and keep this mixture aside.
Step 4
Take out the chicken pieces and preheat the grill on high flame and a heat a little oil in it. Place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes on both sides.
Step 5
Mix the refrigerated mixtures and chicken together and add pineapple chunks over them. Break tortilla chips and sprinkle over the salad. Serve fresh.
