A two day long ‘Career Fest 2015’ creating job opportunities for the retired armed forces personnel and youngsters of the nation began on November 14, 2015 at capital’s RAOWA Convention Center. Retired Armed Forces Officers Welfare Association (RAOWA) and country’s first job site Jobsbd.com jointly organized the fair held from November 14-15, 2015. Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University is the strategic partner of the Career Fest 2015. Mr. Anisur Rahman Sinha, Chairman, Opex Garments and Sinha Textile inaugurated the fair as the chief guest while Mr. Musharrof Hossain, President, Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) was present as the special guest. RAOWA Chairman Major M Taneem Hasan presided over the inaugural ceremony. The function was also addressed by Mr. KM. Hasan Ripon, CEO, jobsbd.com and Lt. Col. S. M. Firoj Ahmed, Social Welfare Member RAOWA.
