Leading cardiologist of the country Professor Dr Rakibul Islam Litu expired on Friday at a hospital in the city following a massive heart attack. He was 52.
He is survived by wife, three minor sons aged between 7 and 12 and a host of relatives, friends, well-wishers and admirers. His namaz-e-janaza was held at the mosque of sector 13 in city’s Uttara area after Maghrib prayer.
