Under the auspices of World Sunni Movement, Chittagong Metropolitan Unit held a human chain and protest rally infront of Chitagong Press Club on Friday protesting the cancellation of govt holiday on 12th Rabiul Awal (Holy Miladunnabi Day) by the state govt of UP of India .
Recently extreme conservative govt of Uttar Pradesh, India declared cancellation of govt holiday on 12th Rabiul Awal .
BSM arranged protest rally for undermining the fundamentals of Islam through cancellation of govt holiday by the extreme conservative state govt of UP. The speakers in the protest rally demanded immediate withdrawal of the cancellation order of holy govt holiday on Miladunnabi , sources said.
