Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan urged all to work sincerely for the continuation of the country’s development pace. He came up with the call on Tuesday while exchanging greetings with officials and employees of the ministry in welcoming the New Year. “We need a leader like Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to build Bangladesh as a developed one and that is why the people should work with sincerity and devotion for the continuation of the country’s development pace,” Shajahan said.
He said this is high time to work for the people’s betterment. Shipping Secretary Md Abdus Samad, Additional Secretary of the ministry MM Tariqul Islam, Chairman of Paira Port Authority M Jahangir Alam, Director General of the Department of Shipping Syed Ariful Islam and Deputy Secretary Saiful Islam Badal, among others, spoke, on the occasion.
