Call to turn grief into strength

Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu urged people to turn grief into strength with the spirit of the Liberation War to resist all conspiracies of defeated forces in 1971.
The grief would have to turn into strength for resisting any kind of conspiracy with spirit of the Liberation War,” he said this on Friday while speaking at a discussion as the chief guest at Segunbagicha here.
Segunbagicha Nagoric Society organized the discussion with its convener Sarwar Wadud Chowdhury in the chair. Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon also spoke as the special guest.
Amu said every person would have to remain alert, as conspirators are active for committing conspiracies. He sought divine blessings for eternal peace of the departed souls of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and other martyred members of his family.
Menon said the defeated forces in 1971 are conspirators of killing Father of the Nation and most of his family members in 1975. They are now destroying properties and killing of innocent people and hatching conspiracy to foil the trial of war criminals.
He sought eternal peace of the departed souls of Bangabandhu and his family members, who were assassinated in the fateful night of August 15, 1975.
Later , general secretary of the society offered special doa and munajat.
