Awami League Presidium Member and Spokesperson of the 14-party alliance Mohammed Nasim urged all to remain alert so that the evil forces cannot catch fish in the troubled water centering the ongoing drives against wrongdoers.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been successful in eliminating fundamentalism and militancy from the country. She will also succeed in conducting the ongoing drives against terrorism, corruption and drug traders. But we have to remain aware so that the evil forces cannot cash in on the drives,” he said.
The AL leader also said they (evil forces) want to make the Prime Minister’s drives against wrongdoers a failure.
Nasim said this on Wednesday while addressing a discussion as the chief guest marking the 21st founding anniversary of the Ganatantri Party at the Jatiya Press Club in the city.
Presided over by Ganatantri Party Presidium Member Mahmudur Rahman Babu, the discussion was addressed by, among others.
