District Administration in Kishoreganj, supported by CAB, DNCRP, BFSA arranged an view exchange meeting on safe food with Hotel -Restaurant and Sweet Cabin Owners at Collectorate Conference Room on Wednesday.
ADC(General) Nazmul Islam Sarker presided over the programme.
ADM Farzana Khanam, District Food Controler Khandakar Farhad and CAB district president Alam Sarowar Tito were attended as special guests.
It was addressed among others by NDC Mahamudul Islam, DNCRP Assistant Director ( AD) Rehdoy Ronjon Bonik,Mohila Awami League district secretary and CAB vice president Bilkis Begum, BSFA Officer Ashraf Islam, Hotel -Restaurant Owners president Shahidul Islam, Chamber leader Sheikh Farid, Md.Sayed,Municipality Councillor Moti Miah and Shafiqul Islam.
ADC (General) Nazmul Islam Sarker said, Although positive steps are being taken and some praiseworthy initiatives are in place, we still have long way to go in ensuring safe food for all.
CAB president Alam Sarowar Tito said that, ensuring safe food is now the demand of time. By ensuring safe food we will be able to build a healthy, strong, hardworking and talented population.
