SM Nazer Hossain, Central Co-President of Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB), called for giving utmost importance to quality control of hand sanitizers, medicines and masks. He was speaking as the special guest at the 51st World Standards Day discussions in the conference room of Chattogram Circuit House on Wednesday at noon.
The discussions was organized by Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI). The theme of he discussions was ‘World Security Standards’. Chaired by BSTI Chattogram Divisional Office Director Engineer Selim Reza, Additional Divisional Commissioner Mizanur Rahman was the chief guest at the meeting.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Abu Hasan Siddiqui and Director of Chattogram Chamber Ahid Siraj Chowdhury Swapan were present as special guests. BSTI Deputy Director Shawkat Osman declared conclusion of the discussion with thanks to all present in the discussions.
