“It is the foremost duty of businessmen to keep the food items free from adulteration, formalin and carbide and to make hotels and restaurants including their business establishment clean in the honour of holy month of Ramadan”, they said.
They made the appeal while addressing an opinion exchange meeting with the business community leaders at the conference room of Deputy Commissioner (DC) on Wednesday with DC Ehsan-e-Elahi in the chair.
District administration arranged the meeting on ‘Protecting the sanctity of Ramadan and keeping the prices of essentials stable in the month’, as per the directives of the Ministry of Commerce.
