Staff Reporter :A passenger bus was set on fire at Jatrabari in Dhaka on Wednesday evening ahead of the Jamaat-e-Islami-sponsored hartal.The bus, in-bound to Dhaka from Monohardi of Narsingdi, was torched near the Kajla petrol pump around 8:20pm, Aboni Shangkar Kar, officer-in-charge of Jatrabari Police Station told The New Nation. “No one was injured in the incident,” the OC said in initial reports.Two fire-fighting units of Fire Service and Civil Defence doused the flames after around forty minutes, said Babul Mia, on-duty operator at the fire service headquarters.
