BUFT organizes entrepreneurship development program

The inauguration ceremony of Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDT) held at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) recently at BUFT main campus, Nishatnagar, Turag in the city. The training program was jointly organized by BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) and Centre for Research and Entrepreneurship Development (CRED). This 3-month long training program is mainly designed for the upcoming graduates of BUFT and is targeted to develop more self-employment enthusiasm among the students and also to improve the employment condition of Bangladesh as a whole.
Muzaffar U. Siddique, Founder Chairman, Board of Trustees, BUFT was the chief guest and Prof Dr AHM Habibur Rahman, President, CRED was present as the Keynote Speaker. In the ceremony Md. Obayed Ullah Masud, CEO, Sonali Bank Ltd was also present as special guest.
Prof Dr Engr Ayub Nabi Khan, Vice Chancellor (Acting), was the Chair of the program and Dr Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head, Department of Business Administration, BUFT conveyed the vote of Thanks.
The guests shared their experience and discussed on the present condition and future prospect of Entrepreneurship in Bangladesh and abroad. Respected Deans of the faculties, Heads of the Departments and offices, faculty members, officers, staff and the upcoming graduates of BUFT were present at the occasion. The training program was also initiated at the end of the program.
