BSF fires on Bangladeshis at Phulbari: 4 hurt

At least four Bangladeshi people, including children, were injured following firing by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) at Phulbari border in Kurigram district on Sunday night.

Bangladesh (BGB), recovered ten persons, including the injured four, said Shimulbari Company Commander Mokbul Hossain.
The company commander told this correspendent that a group of about 15 persons, both male and female, went to no man’s land at 10.30pm on Sunday.  
The BSF members of 124 Boskotal camp of Dinhata thana under Coochbihar district of West Bengal provice fired rubber bullets indiscreminately on them. As a result, at least four persons of them were injured on the spot, he said.
Hearing the sound of bullets the villagers and BGB members rushed to the spot and recovered ten persons, including the injured and brought all of them to Balarhat BOP.
