A seminar on “Research Methods” held at Begum Rokeya University (BRU), Rangpur early on Monday. Dr Wazed International Training and Research Institute organised the seminar. This is the 13th seminar organized by the Institute on Research.
Vice Chancellor of BRU and Chief of the Dr Wazed International Training and Research Institute Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah, BTFO inaugurated the seminar at university’s virtual class room in academic building 2.
Prof of Dept of Development Studies of Dhaka University Prof Dr Shuchita Sharmin was the main discussant of the seminar. Tabiur Rahman Prodhan, Assistant Professor of Mass Communication and Journalism Dept was the presenter of the seminar. Abu Sayem Mohammod Ahsan Habib, Scientific Officer of the Institute gave welcome speech at the seminar.
Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah, BTFO said, `Through its 13th seminar organized by the Institute today, researchers, officers of the institute and students will be given a variety of ideas on research methods and will be able to achieve success in their respective studies.’
Prof Dr Shuchita Sharmin thanked the University Administration for organizing such seminars and presented detailed discussions on the research method. I believed that through this, the Institute and its Research Fellows would all be prosperous, she added.
Ferdaws Rahman, Dean of the Business faculty, teachers of different departments, students, research fellows, and officials and employees of Dr Wazed International Training and Research Institute were presented in the seminar.
