A-three member delegation from British Council (BC) Bangladesh led by its Director Barbara Wickham called on UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan at the latter’s office on Tuesday.
Other members of the delegation included Matt Pusey, Deputy Director, British Council and Towhidur Rahman, Head of Higher Education Wing, British Council. UGC Members- Prof Dr Abul Hashem, Prof Dr Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah and Prof Dr Dil Afroza Begum, UGC Secretary Dr Md. Khaled, Public Relations Additional Director Shamsul Arefin and International Cooperation and Collaboration Additional Director Dr Md. Fakhrul Islam were present during the meeting.
Various aspects of higher education including digital library and quality education came up for the discussion.
