Entertainment Report :Promising model cum actress Brishti Islam’s dream of many days came into true. She has dreamt to host programme hosting. To fulfil her dream, popular satellite channel, NTV has come forward in this regard. Brishti is now hosting NTV’s viewers’ choice popular music related magazine show Music Jam. She has been hosting this show from last week. Brishti has secured the position of host of this show instead of previous host. While sharing her feelings to host this programme Brishti Islam told this correspondent, “I had planned to host a nice programme. In between time I got offers to host in several TV shows in different satellite channels. But I had intention to host a viewers’ choice show. NTV authority has given me the opportunity. I am grateful to them.”Now Brishti Islam has been performing as a model most of the time. Till now she is not regular in acting in TV plays. But if she gets offer to act in good story based plays she will agree to work, Brishti mentioned. Brishti’s performed 10 TV commercials have already been aired. Her performed five new TVCs are: Ashfaq Bipul’s SMC Engery Drinks, Tito Rahman’s directed RFL Flux and ACI Salt, Amlan Biswas’ Motrek Bike and Pratho Pratim’s Symphony Phone. While talking about to work in media Brishti shared her feelings by this way, “In media, my beginning was to act in film. But the film didn’t see its inaugural journey. Though I want to work in big screen before that I want to improve my acting. Now I am engaged with acting in small screen and performing as model in TVCs only.”It may be mentioned that Brishti entered into media by movie Safia under Masudul Hasan’s direction. Though she had to take prt in shooting of the movie only for its promo it didn’t start its formal journey. As a model, Brishti first worked in Ashfaq Bipul’s directed a TVC of Samsung Mobile. Born on April 1 and hailed from Pabna, Brishti has been studying BBA in a private university now.
