National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICRH) has taken a breast cancer screening programme for detecting breast cancer at earlier stage, said a press release of the institute on Tuesday.
As per the directives of the Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim, the NICRH will begin the programme on December 1 on the occasion of the great Victory Day and it would continue until December 31.
The free check-up will take place from 9am to 1pm on every working day. A team of cancer specialists will operate the program on the ground floor of the hospital.
