A school boy was killed after falling off the roof of a moving bus on Jessore-Khulna Highway at Basundia here on Monday.
The deceased was identified asAbdur Rahim, 15, a class-X student and son of Mohammad Khokon of Bahadurpur village in Monirampur upazila, said Sub-inspector Arun Kumar of Kotwali Police Station.
Victim’s brother Md Rassel said his brother fell from a moving bus while he was going to Khulna around10:30am.
Medical Officer Dr Abdur Rashid of Jessore General Hospital said the boy died before he was rushed to the hospital.
