Case Management and Court Administration in Bangladesh By Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman
Additional District and Session Judge
“Justice delayed is justice denied” is a common proverb not only in developing countries, it is equally applicable for the developed countries too. To overcome the delay in delivering justice, it depends largely on Case Management and Court Administration plus sincerity and efficiency of the Judges as well as the other officials and staff involved in judicial system.
Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Additional District and Session Judge has recently written a book on “Case Management and Court Administration in Bangladesh”. Dr. Zaman has long working experience to his credit. He is highly qualified and received training at home and abroad. His practical experience has inspired him to write the Book.
It is a well written Book giving proper interpretation about the problems being faced by the Justice Seekers and Justice Givers.
He has tried to unearth the problems behind the Case Management and Court Administration.
The Book will be of great help to the students, teachers, lawyers, officials and judges involved in our judicial system.
