Publication of commemorative issue on the occasion of the holy birth and death anniversary of Hazrat Muhammad (Sm), the last and the greatest Prophet of Islam, is a great tradition in Bangladesh. Subhe Sadiq, published by Bangladesh Anjumane Talamije Islamia, is one of the publications. Since long, it has become a regular literary contribution compiling important discussions on the life and teachings of Hazrat Muhammad (Sm) by the distinguished writers of national and international fame.
The noble legacy of this publication owes its initiative to Hazrat Allama Fultali ®, a great wali-Allah of the present times, who not only contributed to Islamic resurgence in Bangladesh, but also in many countries of the world including countries of Europe and America.
The publication Subhe Sadiq 1438 under discussion begins with the message of Dua of Allama Boro Saheb Qiblah Fultali and the ‘Eternal message of the holy Quran and Sunnah.’
Subhe Sadiq contains 47 articles discussing the biography, different aspects of the best character (uswatun hasana) of Rasulullah (Sm) and his teachings, by renowned scholars of Bangladesh, including world famous clerics and specialists on the Seerat of Rasulullah (Sm).
Na’t-e-Rasul by our National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam, Allama Fultali Saheb Qiblah®, Poet Ruhul Amin Khan and Nurul Islam Manik have enriched the focus.
43 dedicated poems by the distinguished as well as budding poets have made a chorus of praises of Muhammad (Sm)- ‘the Saviour of mankind.’ The English chapter contains four articles and a poem.
The significant approach with a volume of 424 pages focusing on the unparalleled beauty of the life and teachings of the greatest Prophet of Islam is a commendable service to the Bengali speaking Muslims-a part of the Ummah. This is a guideline to all concerned to rejuvenate and rise from the depth of degradation of human values.
The message of Islam is peace and Subhe Sadiq echoes this message. It calls for integrity, solidarity and unity of the Ummah to save the victims from inhuman atrocities in different parts of the globe.
We wish Subhe Sadiq wide circulation. n
