The launching ceremony of a book named ‘Cacharer Itihas Oitiyha O Nandonikota’ will be held at the Sahityasova Hall of Muslim Sahitya Sangsad in Sylhet city at 6:00 pm today (Saturday) .
Pandulipi Prokashon, a publishing house, is the corganiser of the ceremony. The publishing house also published the book written by banker Mohammad Mushtak Chowdhury. Bayezid Mahmud Foysal of the Pandulipi Prokashon requested all to join the function. Mushtak Chowdhury said that he tried to depict the history of Cachar, an administrative district in the state of Assam in India which located alongside the border of Sylhet.
