Train communication of Chittagong-Dhaka halted as one compartment of Jalalabad Express derailed at Bhujpur aea of Comilla district yesterday morning at 10 am. The last compartment of of Chittagong bound train veered off the track at 10 am. As soon as the accident occurred, a relief train from Akhaura junction rushed to the spot to rescue the compartment for resuming the rail communication immediately. Dhaka bound and Chittagong bound trains from Chittagong, Dhaka and Sylhet now remain stranded on both side of the spot, station manager of Chittagong Shamsul Alam said.
