The district administration has formed a three-member probe committee to investigate the fire incident from a boiler explosion that left six people dead at a tyre factory at Pubail here on Saturday.
District administrator SM Alam said the committee, headed by Additional District Magistrate Rahenul Islam, was asked to submit its report within next seven days.
SM Alam after a visit on Sunday morning ordered to close the factory.
Meanwhile, the administration gave Tk10,000 donation to each of the families of the deceased.
