Chittagong Metropolitan Police recovered a body of youth from Dewanbazar Nirapad Housing society area under Bakalia thana in city yesterday morning.
Police recovered the body from the rooftop of a six storied building. Sensing the news of a youth’s body lying on rooftop of the building, Bakalia thana police rushed to the spot and recovered the body which later was sent to morgue for autopsy, Bakalia thana officer in-charge said.
Police suspecting that he was killed by strangulation. Police is interrogating the locals inconnection. A UD case has been lodged with the concerned police station, soiurces said.
