Local people have recovered the body of a 15-year-old schoolboy who went missing while fishing in the ongoing excavation of the old Brahmaputra river at Katiadi of Kishoreganj.
The body of missing schoolboy named Jubayer (15) was recovered on Saturday by pulling a rope in a special process at the ongoing excavation of the old Brahmaputra River near Charnoakandi village under Jalalpur union in Katiadi upazila.
On Friday, Jubayer went missing while fishing in the river with his uncle.
He is the only son of Jewel Miah, a Saudi expatriate from Charnoakandi village in Jubay, and a ninth grader at a privately 8 school called Shahid Smarani.LLocals, a diving team from the Fire Service Kishoreganj and Katiadi offices went missing on Friday after searching for Zubair all day.
