Kurigram Sadar thana police recovered the dead boy of a medicine trader in hanging position from his medicine shop at Vocational intersection under Kurigram municipality area on Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as Sayem 30 son of Mohammad Ali of village Nazira Mia para under Sadar upazila.Police and local sources said the name of his business as Sayem Medicine Hall has been closed since Wednesday noon.
He did not returns home at that time causing his younger brother opened the shutter of the shop and found the dead body was in hanging position. Later police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital morgue for post mortem examination.
Sayem’s family are suspecting that he might have been killed and after killing the body was hanged .
Officer-in-charge of Kurigram Sadar police station Jamir Uddin said it is not sure that it is murder or suicide.
