Police in Chittagong have recovered the body of a 13-year-old girl, who worked as a house help.
Security guards of Equity Samantha, a residential building at the port city’s Mehedibagh, rushed the Bali Akter Poly, to a nearby private hospital early on Thursday, said police. She was pronounced dead by doctors at the hospital.
Poly, who hailed from Cox’s Bazar, started working at home of one Md Imtiaz on on the eighth floor of the building 20 days ago, Sub Inspector Md Saleh Uddin of Chawkbazar Police Station told bdnews24.com.
