Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said the political ‘ill force’ BNP would be treated politically. This party patronizes the militancy and it opposes any drive related to the anti-terrorism.
The minister said this replying to a query of the newsmen after paying tribute at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Bangabandhu Bhaban at Dhanmondi here on Friday.
“We will build communal-free Bangladesh consolidating the victory of Bangabandhu as well as the victory of the nation (balgalees)-it is our oath of the day”, said the minister. There are political ill forces in the country and the BNP is backing these political ill forces, he added.
