BNP will stage demonstrations across the country today (Monday) to protest against putting behind jail three senior leaders of the party. BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the programme at a press briefing at BNP’s Nayapaltan office on Sunday. Rizvi demanded immediate release the BNP leaders including party acting secretary general.He said, the BNP leaders and activists will demonstrate at every upazila headquarters, district town and the city to press for the release of party leaders.In Dhaka city, the party will observe the programme at every thana today.
