BNP Chairperson capitalizing the Rohingya issue rather sympathy: Nasim

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim said BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia as politically blind and she need proper treatment of eyes.
Nasim alleged that Khaleda Zia continues to make falsehood about present government’s stance over Rohingya people while the role of the Awami League government was acclaimed by the world community.
“Khaleda Zia said the government did nothing for Rohingyas.
How she as a former prime minister could make such a big lie? Did she do everything for the Rohingyas only in 15 minute he said.
The minister made the remarks this while exchanging views with the officials of health and family welfare departments at Chittagong circuit house on Sunday afternoon.
He said Khaleda did not go to Cox’s Bazar to convey her sympathy to the persecuted Rohingya people rather she went to carry out election campaign capitalising the Rohingya issue.
The health minister asserted that the Rohingya crisis will only be resolved under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s leadership through public support and international pressure.
Vice-chancellor of Chittagong Medical University Mohammad Ismail, director of Chittagong Medical College Hospital Brigadier General Jalal Uddin, director health services, Chittagong Dr A M Mujibul Hoque, civil surgeon of Chittagong Dr Azizur Rahman Siddiqui, President of Bangladesh Medical Association Chittagong Dr Mujibul Hoque Khan, among others, spoke on the occasion.
