An Agent of bKash Company named Saiful Islam was hacked to death by assailants at Fatullah, Narayanganj district on Monday (Dec 10) night.
The incident occurred at West Rasulpur in Fatullah.
The deceased was identified as Saiful Islam, 28, a resident of West Rasulpur in Fatullah and son of one Abul Kashem from Pranpur village under Chatkhil upazila of Noakahli. The miscreants fled away after stabbing him with knife on the spot while he was returning home from the adjacent store at night, said deceased’s father Abul Kashem.
Being critically injured, Saiful reached his home entrance and became unconscious. He was stabbed in his stomach”.
Deceased father Abul Kashem demanded justice for the murder and said that his son had no enmity with anyone in this area.
Shah Mohamumd Monjur Quader, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Fatullah Model Police Station confirmed the matter to media that receiving information, police visited the spot Tuesday at noon.
