Bangladesh Judicial Service Association (BJSA) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universal Medical College and Hospital Limited to provide medical services including corona treatment to judicial service officials.
With the assistance from Law Minister Anisul Huq, the MoU was signed at the conference room of the ministry on Thursday, an official press release said on Friday.
BJSA President Md Helal Chowdhury, its Secretary General Bikash Kumar Saha and Managing Director of Universal Medical College and Hospital Limited Dr Ashish Kumar Chakrabarty signed the document on behalf of their respective organizations.
Law and Justice Division Secretary Md Golam Sarwar, its Joint Secretary Umme Kulsum and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
Under the contract, any judicial service official would get treatment on priority basis at the hospital.
