BIWTA Joint Director Gulzar Ahmed said about three acres of government land had been recovered. The eviction drive will continue till 5 pm.
From Monday, the land on both sides of the Buriganga River in different areas including Telghat, Char Mirerbagh, Bochila and Waspur in Dhaka’s Keraniganj will be recovered step by step from the occupants, Gulzar Ahmed said.
